Wisconsin launches spring with the 25th Annual Capital City Jazz Fest in late April for music fans, while runners take the challenge of the Mad City 100K. Celebrate Memorial Day weekend with Madison Marathon events, including the Twilight 10K downtown at Capitol Square or the Half Marathon run or walk also at Madison’s Capitol Square. Cheer on Wisconsin high school athletes in June as Madison hosts the WIAA State Girls Softball Tournament at Goodman Diamond, and the WIAA Boys Tennis State Championships at Nielsen Stadium. Madison the Wisconsin capital city sets the pace for a 2013 spring and summer of fun.

Branded the "Cheesiest Marathon," the 2013 Wisconsin Marathon and Half Marathon take place Saturday, May 4th. The city of Kenosha, 40-miles south of Milwaukee, hosts the Wisconsin Marathon featuring a start downtown and run through Harbor Park, Simmons Island Park and Carthage College. Wear your cheesiest outfit and join fellow participants for the start in the All Cheese Corral.

Enjoy the "World's Largest Music Festival" when you check out Summerfest, June 26th through 30th, and July 2nd through 7th. Make your way to the Marcus Amphitheater along the shores of Lake Michigan in downtown Milwaukee.

North of Mequon you'll find Cedarburg. Enjoy a taste of a local favorite – visit on June 22nd and 23rd for the Cedarburg Strawberry Festival, a summertime classic. Enjoy strawberry themed arts & crafts from local vendors, the CedarQuacker Rubber Duck Races, and strawberry blush wines from Cedar Creek Winery.

The Fourth Annual Milwaukee Brewfest is all set for July 27th on the Milwaukee Lakefront at the Old Coast Guard Pavilion. The 2013 Brewfest features over 250 craft brews from across the US, live music and the crowning of the Milwaukee Brewfest Queen. Brew City, Beer City, Brew Town or Beertown – by any nickname Milwaukee lives up to its monikers at the 2013 Milwaukee Brewfest.

Wisconsin State Fair Park, in the Milwaukee suburb of West Allis, hosts the 2013 Wisconsin State Fair, August 1st through the 11th. Potawatomi Bingo Casino presents headliners Miranda Lambert, Austin Mahone, and the classic tunes of Heart on the State Fair Main Stages while, livestock shows, agriculture exhibits, midway fun and amusement rides fill the fair grounds. Make the summer complete with a visit to the Wisconsin State Fair.
